MATTHEW MULLINS
PE, MEM, MBA RRC, RRO, CCS, CCCA

Matthew is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. Matthew is also a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Roof Observer (RRO), Certified Construction Specifier (CCS), Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) and a certified remote pilot (drone pilot).

Matthew obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University, and his Master of Engineering and Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Matthew has been working as an engineer specializing in the building enclosure for 15 years.

​

Matthew has prepared several continuing education courses for architects and property managers.

LANCE MANSON

LICENSED FLORIDA CERTIFIED ROOFING CONTRACTOR

Lance is a Registered Roof Consultant, a Certified Construction Document Technologist, and a Florida Licensed Roofing Contractor.

Lance obtained his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.

​

Lance has 15 years of experience in construction, and is a second generation roofing contractor.

​

Lance has been published in the Florida Roofing Magazine, written multiple advanced code courses for the Florida Building Code and prepared several continuing education courses for Architects, Engineers, Building Officials and Attorneys,
